Brand Strategy, Identity and Brochure
Kin is a boutique residential property development in the Melbourne suburb of Essendon. Insights from our research identified the target market as first home buyers, many of whom would have grown up around Essendon and are looking for a home close to friends and family. Another selling point for these homes was their proximity to transport links such as Essendon Station and the Citylink freeway which connects Essendon the Melbourne City and two airports. From these insights, we created the name ‘Kin’ and the messaging Closely Connected which relates to the fact that for buyers from the area, these homes are close family, while also offering good connectivity in terms of transport and local amenities.
I worked with Savi on the Brand Strategy, Naming and Brand Identity for the development as well as the design of materials including a printed brochure, digital and press advertising.
